Vammaisperheyhdistys Jaatinen ry is an association founded in 1997 by families with disabled children.

"Jaatisen Maja" is a place for families with disabled children, located in Laakso, Helsinki. All families can come here for free with their disabled child to play and meet other families. Our staff is present at Maja to help and guide users with any issues related to the activities of Maja.

All of the facilities of Maja are accessible. Maja has room where visitors can e.g. read and play games. You can bring your own snacks to Maja: we have a kitchen where you can heat up your own food.

Maja also organizes plenty of supervised activities, clubs and groups for disabled children and adolescents, their siblings and parents. We also organize family events and celebrations.

If you want to reserve Maja for your family occasion, you must be a member of our association. You can become a member via this link: Jäsenhakulomake | Vammaisperheyhdistys Jaatinen ry
